- In 2003, the aerospace precision equipment manufacturer of Marketing Director,Mr.Kumazawa and Technical Development Manager,Mr.Takahashi were founded a passionate desire to create a unique and innovative product useful for people. By combining the names of the two people and named it Kumataka Engineering.
- Repeated Planning of developed products, Marketing, Selection of new Technology and Market Research,we succeeded in developing multi-purpose road surface property measuring device (multi load / profiler) at the end of the twists and turns.
- For product development, the things did not easily reach the actual purchase because its concept was too unique. And it was put in a very troubled financial funding.One of the innovative features of this product is the calculation of IRI (International Roughness Coefficient). This is a world standard indicator with a high standard road completion inspection index.
- In the big trend that gradual introduction of this index in Japan, our company products have been adopted by many companies at the end of 15 years of hardship.
- In the future, we plan to develop more unique products, including the field of precise measurement of road surface.
